Ordered using mobile app, said would be ready 33 minutes. Arrived and got my food 45 minutes later. Food is always good but 45 minutes to make an uncooked pizza? They disregarded the online order and took the in store ones first. What's the point of a time frame if you are just going to get to it when you feel like it. Pizzas were poorly wrapped and topping were everywhere. Need a better manager and think this place can turn it around. Don't look under cabinets.
I come to this location bi-monthly. My card when shipped always has issues, normally the front will reboot and I swipe with no issues. However a woman stated her GM is Aleyan pramher on site and in the office, but refused to come out and speak with me. I then requested it for the Director of the current location information and was given pushback until I refused to leave without it.
The customer service here has been off anon over the years. tonight made my final decision to never returned that location based on the lack of the general manager, having the ability to come out and treat me as a person I thought has a customer who they want to return to the store. I left the store and the missed out on $65 in purchase, plus any additional local family that I know within 10 miles from them.
Sincerely, Tiffany
I would drive 20 minutes to the next local one just not have to encounter the poor customer service again.
I must say that I have quit going to Papa Murphys and this location for several reasons. I’ve always loved their stuffed Chicago style pizza. I also like the Big Murphy but cannot do the black olives. I’m DEATHLY allergic to olives and have made this VERY CLEAR. I somehow seem to get a pizza with olives when I ask for NONE. On several occasions I’ve gotten my pizza home to find out the put olives and then just picked them off. I cook the pizza and become very sick instantly.
Tonight Friday, February 18th, 2022 I decided to give them a try again about 7 pm and once again not very happy. I ordered my usual Chicago stuffed pizza in a large size….no salami, add mushrooms, extra sauce and extra cheese. My order came to $19.25. Here’s the problem—-this is suppose to be a large 14” at least 4 lb pizza or more with the extras. One of the employees hands me the pizza and I ask “ Is that a large?” Literally looks smaller than the medium board on the wall. I’m in a hurry because I’ve got hungry people at home waiting on me. I get the pizza home and just for curious it’s sake I weighed the pizza. It’s 3.1 lbs and only 10-1/2” in diameter. It’s 2-1/2” smaller than the paper plate it’s on. To say I was unhappy is an understatement. I opted for a sandwich so the others would get full.
I won’t be going back to Papa Murphys again. Very disappointed!!!! They will once again loose my weekly $50-100 order on Tuesdays. Not only do I buy for my family, but both of my jobs support this establishment. For $19…. I EXPECT A LARGE PIZZA MADE CORRECTLY!!!
My review doesn’t even touch on any of the health / or in sanitary infractions I saw in the 15 minutes I was there. People are watching and the employees are oblivious. I truly hope corporate and or the owner sees this and takes out the trash to clean this place up. My true rating is a NEGATIVE 5 STARS but had to at least give 1 star so it would let me post the review.
I used to work at papa murphys. And I’ll let everyone know just make the drive to Cheyenne meadows or Mesa ridge. I know the owners of those stores and the make way better pizza. I ordered a chicken bacon artichoke thin crust large. The thing has family size regular crust toppings on it. Just slop man. Whoever is managing this place. You’ll help out customer satisfaction allot if you guys measure the toppings the way they are supposed to be measured

AMAZING, WOW. So much better than BlackCrap pizza up the street, real quality pizza at a reasonable price.
